It advances clinicians along the RN Clinician Educator to NPD Practitioner to NPD Specialist pathway. The position emphasizes adult learning principles, evidence-based practice, and diverse teaching modalities including in-person, e-learning, and simulation.

Qualifications

• Requires BSN with RN licensure in Georgia
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience
• BLS certification required; multistate compact license may be needed within 60 days of hire
• Preferred MSN and active specialty certifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new clinical staff
• Coordinate unit onboarding activities and document outcomes
• Serve as a resource and coach to preceptors and mentors
• Participate in transition-to-practice programs for new graduate nurses
• May serve as a preceptor for new staff
