Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking a Director of Education, Professional Practice and Nursing Excellence to lead education, practice standards, and workforce development. This role directs nursing excellence, evidence-based practice, and interprofessional education across the Tri-Valley campus.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Nursing Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
- Doctoral degree in Nursing or Education preferred.
Responsabilités
- Develop and lead organization-wide education strategies and programs.
- Translate priorities into measurable goals and multi-year roadmaps.
- Oversee staffing, budgeting, contracts, and program evaluation.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team across education, practice, simulation, and research.
- Partner with clinical leaders to align education with regulatory requirements and outcomes.
- Lead governance and continuous improvement in nursing practice.
