Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the development and launch of a nursing program at Arizona Christian University. The Director will create a mission-aligned curriculum, establish partnerships, and ensure accreditation processes are met.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree (Doctoral preferred) and exhibit strong commitment to nursing education within a Christian context. This full-time role will require excellent leadership, mentorship, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required, with a strong preference for a Doctoral degree.
• Exceptional commitment to nursing education and Christian higher education.
• Ability to mentor and equip students effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch ACU's nursing program.
• Create a high-quality nursing curriculum aligned with ACU’s mission.
• Recruit and develop faculty for the nursing program.
