What you will do :

  1. Plan, organize, direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing services in the center.
  2. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and implement core nursing programs.
  3. Maintain records and reports for resident care.
  4. Oversee orientation and training of nursing staff.
  5. Manage the nursing department within budget.
  6. Follow all center policies and procedures.

Must have :

  • Current state RN licensure without enforcement actions.
  • At least 3 years of previous DON experience (preferred).
