Job summary

COMMUNITY PHARMACY is seeking a Director of Nursing RN to oversee nursing policies, ensure high-quality resident care, and guide staff through training and rounds. The role requires collaboration with therapy and social work for a holistic approach and active participation in quality improvement and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will mentor nursing staff, manage resources and budgets, and build strong relationships with residents and families in a fast-paced facility environment.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 3+ years in a leadership role in skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, policies and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• RN license with current registration
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, policies, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
