About the DON Position

The Director of Nurses (DON) is a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for supervising therapeutic services across disciplines and managing overall care and case activities in assigned branch offices. The DON oversees branch operations, ensuring staff and contract services meet patient needs and comply with all relevant policies and regulations. The role emphasizes leadership in quality care, documentation, growth, and financial health.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Current RN license through the state board of nursing.
• Associate degree in nursing or higher.
• At least one year of home health nursing experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Clinical judgment and observation skills.
