• Maintain records and reports for resident care.
• Ensure the orientation and training of all nursing services personnel.
• Manage the nursing services department within budget.
• Follow all center policies and procedures.

Must have :

• Current state RN licensure without enforcement actions.
• Previous DON experience of 3 years or more preferred.
