Job summary

HireTeq Solutions is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) for a Fortune 500 healthcare client in Tucson, AZ. This on-site role supports the Chief Nursing Officer in overseeing nursing operations, patient care services, and staff management across multiple hospital units.

The DON will lead staffing, quality initiatives, patient safety, and regulatory compliance, while mentoring nursing teams and collaborating with clinical departments to improve outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• BSN or Bachelor's in a healthcare-related field required (MSN preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of hospital leadership or nurse management experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong experience in acute care, clinical operations, staffing management, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
