This full-time role offers a competitive salary up to $180,000 per year and requires an active New York RN license with at least three years of nursing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting.

You will oversee all nursing operations, mentor staff, ensure resident-centered care, and uphold CMS regulations while driving

• Experience as Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, or senior nursing leader preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and quality improvement initiatives.
