The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Somers, NY is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a compassionate team. Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions available with competitive wages up to $50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current and active New York RN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or rehabilitation preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor changes in residents' conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Coordinate resident care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Respond to medical emergencies and changes in resident condition.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
