Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform resident rounds to monitor nursing care quality.
• Ensure proper documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
• Recommend staffing levels to the administrator.
• Participate in budget planning for nursing supplies, equipment, and staffing.
• Maintain current knowledge of healthcare regulations and reimbursement systems.
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement programs.

Qualifications

• RN license in Michigan
