Aspire Senior Living New Florence seeks a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality geriatric care within a resident-centered community in New Florence, Missouri.

The DON will oversee daily operations, develop care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and mentor licensed nurses and CNAs to sustain excellence. This is a full-time role with competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Current RN license in Missouri.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a senior living or long-term care setting.
• Proven leadership and management experience in a nursing setting.
• Strong clinical expertise in geriatric care.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for nursing services.

About the Role

As a Director of Nursing (DON), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. Director of Nursing (DON) will provide strategic leadership to our nursing team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our senior living community. Your expertise will enable you to develop and implement effective care plans, monitor resident outcomes, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
