Job summary

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a compassionate Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional resident care in a warm, resident-centered community.

You will develop care plans, monitor outcomes, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with other departments. Missouri RN license and 3+ years in senior living or long-term care are required; strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience in a nursing setting

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership to the nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and resident-centered care
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for nursing services
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and integration
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
• Develop and manage budgets for nursing services and programs
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of licensed nurses and CNAs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to join our team. We are a premier resident-focused care provider dedicated to delivering the highest quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

About the Role:

As a Director of Nursing (RN), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. Director of Nursing (RN) will provide strategic leadership to our nursing team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our senior living community. Your expertise will enable you to develop and implement effective care plans, monitor resident outcomes, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide vision and leadership to the nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and resident-centered care
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for nursing services
