Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and drive excellence in resident care across the facility.

The DON will champion resident-centered care, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes. This is a senior leadership role requiring RN licensure and a track record in skilled nursing leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of skilled nursing leadership experience.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Deep knowledge of nursing regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and staff performance.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and healthcare software.
