Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a Director of Nursing for a SNF setting where leadership drives a resident-centered environment that feels like home. You will partner with the Administrator and Medical Director to maintain exceptional care and compliance.

You will guide nursing operations, mentor staff, and advance education and leadership pathways while delivering top-tier patient care and staff development across facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse licensed in the state.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in a nursing setting.
• Proficient with electronic health record systems.

Position Summary:

As the Director of Nursing in a SNF setting it is your responsibility to organize, develop, manage, and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the community. The Director of Nursing is to work directly with the Administrator and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualification:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work.

• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.

• Must have a minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long term care.

• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
