Job Title: Director of Nursing (DON)

Transitions Healthcare Autumn Grove Care Center is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to organize and oversee all nursing operations of the facility. You will create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies while fostering an environment where all personnel will be able to do their best in caring for residents and their families. Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications:

• Proven supervisory experience in a Long Term Care setting.
