Job summary

Transitions Healthcare Autumn Grove Care Center seeks an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to organize and oversee all nursing operations. The DON will foster a collaborative, quality-focused environment while ensuring policies support residents and their families.

YOU will lead a team, drive excellence in care standards, and mentor staff in long-term care. PA RN licensure and supervisory background are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have supervisory experience in a long-term care setting.
• Registered Nurse in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; a Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus.

You will create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies while fostering an environment where all personnel will be able to do their best in caring for residents and their families. Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications:

• Proven supervisory experience in a Long Term Care setting.
• Registered Nurse in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania

• Degree in nursing; Master’s degree in nursing or healthcare administration is a plus
• Point Click Care experience preferred.
