As the Director of Nursing (DON) at Elm Crest, you'll manage a team of RN's who oversee our CNA, NA, and CMA teams; as well as assist staff in day-to-day activities. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention, evaluation, and developing care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and staff. You will also encourage residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing.
Starting at $87,360 annually, with increases based on experience
