PowerBack Rehabilitation in West Virginia seeks an experienced Nurse Leader to guide nursing operations in long-term care, focusing on clinical and patient experience excellence. You will lead day-to-day care, promote top-of-license practice, and drive collaboration across teams.

The role requires an RN license (BSN preferred), 1+ year in nurse leadership in LTC, 2+ years clinical experience, and on-call availability to support residents and families with high-quality care.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the state.
• At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care is required.
• At least 2 years of prior clinical experience is required.
• Must have knowledge of the MDS process, state nurse practice act, and state/federal regulations.
• On-call availability is required.
