Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee day-to-day clinical operations in a long-term care setting in Santa Fe, NM. The role emphasizes collaboration, compliance with state and federal regulations, and the delivery of high-quality patient care.

The position requires RN licensure, 1+ year in nurse leadership in long-term care, and 2+ years clinical experience, with knowledge of the MDS process and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active RN license in the state.
• Minimum 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care required.
• Minimum 2 years of prior clinical experience required.
• Must know the MDS process and state/federal regulations; on-call availability required.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university with a current Registered Nurse license by the State Board of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care is required.
• At least 2 years of prior clinical experience is required.
• Must have knowledge of the MDS process, state nurse practice act, and state/federal regulations.
• On-call availability is required.

Posted Salary Range
