Job summary

Genesis HealthCare in Pennsylvania seeks a capable Nursing Leader to oversee day-to-day operations in long-term care facilities. You will drive clinical excellence, staff development, and patient experience, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role requires active RN license, 1 year of nurse leadership in long-term care, 2+ years clinical nursing, and on-call availability. Competitive salary ranges from $120,000 to $125,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed as an RN in the state.
• At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care.
• At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Knowledge of the MDS process and relevant state/federal regulations.
• On-call availability required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $120,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.
