We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department. The DON will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursing department, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Oversee patient care plans and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Manage budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation within the nursing department.

  • Act as a liaison between nursing staff, administration, and patients' families.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
