Key Responsibilities of Director of Nursing (DON):

• Lead and manage the nursing department to deliver exceptional resident care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Recruit, train, and support nursing staff; foster a positive team culture.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvements.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in New Jersey.
