AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) to join our family and lead a high-performing team in Texas. You will be resident and family focused, a team builder, and oversee the overall clinical management of the facility.

In this role you will ensure regulatory compliance, quality of care, and staff development, while fostering a safe, patient‑centered culture. A Texas RN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.

Responsibilities
