Avir Health Group is seeking a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our facility's clinical operations in Sherman, Texas. The DON will build and mentor a high-performing nursing team focused on resident-centered care and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Texas RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, SNF, or related healthcare program, with strong knowledge of long-term care standards.

Qualifications

• RN license required for Texas.

• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in healthcare.

Qualifications for Director of Nursing (DON):

• Valid Texas RN License.

• Valid CPR Certification.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.

• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
