Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) to join our family. The DON will oversee the facility's clinical management, build a high-performing team, and foster a resident- and family-centered culture in Texas.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience in healthcare settings, with knowledge of long-term care standards under Federal and State regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
