Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations at our Texas facility. The DON will be responsible for overall clinical management, staff supervision, and ensuring quality of care in alignment with federal and state regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas RN license, CPR certification, at least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, and a commitment to patient- and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of one year supervising experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards as per Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall clinical management of the facility.
• Lead and develop nursing staff to meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient- and family-centered care.

Qualifications for Director of Nursing (DON):

• Valid Texas RN License.

• Valid CPR Certification.
