Qualificações

• Current Illinois RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Previous nursing leadership in long-term care preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nursing operations and ensure quality resident care services.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect, protecting confidentiality.
• Train, mentor, and onboard nursing staff members.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and team members.

• Implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with care planning, risk management, and performance improvement.
• Conduct daily rounds to support staff and resident care operations.
• Support corrective action plans and ongoing quality assurance measures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Your Role:

• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect

• Oversee nursing operations and ensure quality resident care services

• Work cooperatively with healthcare team members to maintain established standards of care

• Maintain confidentiality of resident medical records and nursing documentation

• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations

• Train, mentor, and onboard nursing staff members

• Implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives

Who We’re Looking For:

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Previous nursing leadership experience in long-term care preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Dependable and professional team player with reliable attendance
