• > Maintain confidentiality of resident medical records and nursing documentation.
• > Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• > Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
• > Train, mentor, and onboard nursing staff members.
• > Implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• > Assist with care planning, risk management, and performance improvement programs.
• > Conduct daily rounds to support nursing staff and resident care operations.
• > Support corrective action plans and ongoing quality assurance measures.
• > Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
