• Encourage restorative care to support resident independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.
• Support and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive, resident-centered environment.
• Ensure resident comfort, dignity, safety, and emotional well-being.
• Follow facility standards, policies, and nursing best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment.
