Title: Director of Nursing (DON)

Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full Time, Day Shift, 7AM-4PM, 40 Hrs./Wk

Compensation

Pay Range: $84000K-$120000K

Description

Oversee and manage nursing operations to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with professional standards.

Coordinate staffing, surgical schedules, and facility operations.

Participate in management meetings and committees as required.

Engage in quality assurance and infection control activities.

Provide patient care as needed and act as a patient advocate.

Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and organize clinical services to meet patient needs.

Supervise and evaluate staff performance and resolve conflicts.

Conduct orientation and training programs for staff.

Monitor departmental costs and recommend equipment acquisitions.

Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and consultant visits.

Implement infection prevention policies and practices.

Complete required reporting and documentation accurately and timely.

Qualifications

Graduate of an Accredited Registered Nurse Program.

Current unrestricted State Nursing License.

Certified in BLS and ACLS.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Nursing Management Experience.

Detail-oriented and well-organized with multitasking abilities.
