Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Director of Nursing (DON) in our skilled nursing neighborhood.


In this role, you will be responsible for administering the nursing program to maintain standards of resident care and advise clinical staff, department heads, and the Executive Director on matters related to nursing services. You will also direct the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing care for residents.








Requirements




The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
  • Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of five years' clinical experience in geriatric healthcare
  • Minimum of two years' management/supervisory experience in a long-term care setting
  • Knowledge of nursing principles, and Federal and State regulations governing long-term care facilities

Pay Range




$101,970.00 - $148,975.00 per year. Starting salary will vary based on skills and experience.
