Rehabilitation Center of Belmond is recruiting a Director of Nursing to lead our Clinical Department and uphold high standards of resident care. You will work to advance nursing goals, guide the clinical team, and ensure seamless operations within a supportive culture.

Qualified candidates will hold an Iowa RN license, an Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), and at least 5 years in RN roles with department leadership experience. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in Iowa.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience with department oversight.
• DIRECTOR OF NURSING or SNF leadership experience preferred.

As a Director of Nursing you are the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Belmond by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, inspiring your clinical team, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred) in Science, Nursing or related field, an unencumbered State of Iowa Registered Nurse (R.N.) license, 5 years of R.N. experience, and previous experience managing a department. Prior Director of Nursing or experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
