Job summary

Park View Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our caring team in Iowa. You will oversee the Clinical Department and help ensure residents receive the high-quality care they expect.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field, an Iowa RN/LPN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of RN/LPN experience (five years in leadership preferred). Park View is an equal opportunity employer.

As an Assistant Director of Nursing you are at the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Park View Rehabilitation Center by assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, assisting with setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, ensuring the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field, an unencumbered State of Iowa Registered Nurse (R.N.) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N) license, C.P.R. Certification and two (2) years of R.N./L.P.N. experience. Prior experience managing a nursing department and five (5) years of R.N./L.P.N. experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
