Cooney Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Helena, MT is seeking an accomplished Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing services and elevate clinical excellence across post-acute care and long-term residence.

You will oversee nursing operations, coach nursing management and frontline staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Previous nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong regulatory and survey knowledge.

Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 annually
