Job summary

Qualifications
- RN license in good standing required.
- Extensive experience in nursing administration in long-term care.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and Medicare policies.
- Experience with EMR/EHR documentation and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Lead and supervise nursing staff, promoting development and high performance.
- Develop and review individualized care plans for residents.
- Ensure accurate documentation using EMR/EHR systems for compliance.
- Monitor residents' rights and ensure dignity and personalized care.
- Manage staffing schedules to balance care quality and labor costs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
- Stay updated on long-term care regulations and accreditation standards.
