Job summary

Dignity Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead clinical excellence and oversee health, wellness and care coordination across the community.

As the clinical leader, you will manage the nursing team, conduct resident assessments, coordinate with physicians, oversee medication management, infection control, and drive QAPI initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and budgetary oversight.

• Conduct resident assessments and oversee Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians and clinical partners
• Oversee medication management and infection control programs
• Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable
• Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations
• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness

What You’ll Do

Pay Range

95,368.00 - 131,664.00
