Job summary

SCHOFIELD&ASSOCIATES LLC in Shelburn, IN is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing team at a senior care facility south of Terre Haute. You will ensure resident-centered care, drive quality and compliance, and partner with facility leadership to maintain smooth clinical operations.

An RN license is required and DON/ADON experience is preferred. This is a full-time role with a commitment to delivering exceptional care and staff development.
