Job summary

Maggie’s Place is seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing to lead the nursing function within our Continuing Care Retirement Community. You will supervise nursing staff, oversee budgeting, and coordinate with physicians, residents, and families to ensure a high standard of resident care.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, CPR certification, and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in geriatric settings. On-call rotation and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

  • RN licensed in the state applying to without encumbrance.
  • Minimum 3–5 years supervisory experience, preferably in a geriatric setting.
  • Current CPR certification required.
