Job summary

American Medical Administrators MGMT Company seeks a Director of Nursing to lead clinical teams. You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer treatments, monitor vital signs, and coordinate with multiple providers to ensure seamless care across settings.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans




• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed




• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member




• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support




• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment




• Document patients’ progress and outcomes using electronic medical records




• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing




• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills




• Assist with hands-on patient care as needed to support team

Requirements:

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)




• Two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.
