Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a Registered Nurse in Sedalia, MO to assess patient needs, implement care plans, administer medications, and monitor vital signs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress in EMR systems.
