LTC / SUB ACUTE NURSING HOME 150+ BEDS in Ocean County, NJ is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) with strong clinical and leadership skills to oversee our facility. The DON will lead nursing services, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster compassionate resident care.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in long-term care nursing management, plus two years in nursing leadership, and is currently licensed as an RN in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience in long term care nursing management.
• At least 2 years nursing managerial experience required.
• Currently licensed as RN in state of practice.
