Job summary

Care Network in Flowery Branch, GA is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the Nursing Services Department. The DON will plan, organize, develop and direct operations in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards to ensure the highest quality of resident care. The role requires a Georgia-licensed RN with strong leadership, performance management and the ability to manage multiple projects. Qualifications

Long Term Skilled Facility Network in GA, is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team in Flowery Branch, GA. Must be a licensed RN with knowledge of State and Federal Guidelines required. The primary purpose of the Director of Nursing position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern this facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator and the Medical Director, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Requirements:
