As the RN Director of Nursing, you will plan, organize, develop, and oversee the entire operation of the Nursing department, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage nursing operations to guarantee exceptional patient care.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and support departments to address and plan for patient needs.
• Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing staff, ensuring high standards of care.
• Analyze and manage data to improve nursing practices and patient outcomes.
• Maintain professional relationships and uphold confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of ASN degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active RN license in good standing within the state.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a post-acute care or related setting.
• CPR certification upon hire, with ongoing maintenance during employment.
