Job summary

Emerald Nursing & Rehab Columbus is seeking an experienced, dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and drive excellence in resident-centered care. This role requires strategic leadership, staff development, and a focus on quality outcomes within a regulated environment.

The DON will oversee nursing services, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and champion a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement to enhance resident experiences and staff engagement.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Nebraska or eligible for licensure.
• Leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute care preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing clinical teams and improving quality outcomes.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
