Emerald Nursing & Rehab Columbus is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team and drive resident-centered care. This is a full-time role with a standard schedule and on-call rotation.

You will provide strategic leadership of nursing services, champion quality, recruit and mentor staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Current RN license in Nebraska (or eligible).
• Experience leading nursing teams in long-term care or post-acute care.
• Proven ability to drive quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
