Job summary

Longterm Health Management Services is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the Nursing Department in a Skilled Nursing facility. You will oversee clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and drive a culture of compassionate, high-standard resident care.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Nursing, an unencumbered RN license, and at least five years of RN experience with prior department leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Nursing or related field is required.
• Unencumbered RN license.
• 5 years of RN experience and prior department management experience.

As a Director of Nursing you are the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expectby instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, inspiring your clinical team, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department. To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Nursing or related field, an unencumbered Registered Nurse (R.N.) license, 5 years of R.N. experience, and previous experience managing a department. Prior Director of Nursing or experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
