Job summary

Longterm Health Management Services seeks a Director of Nursing in Crystal Lake, IL to lead the Clinical Department and ensure top-tier resident care. You will guide nurses, set department goals, and drive improvements across clinical operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Science or Nursing, an active RN license, and at least 5 years of RN experience with prior department management. On-site with a supportive team environment.

Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expectby instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, inspiring your clinical team, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Nursing or related field, an unencumbered Registered Nurse (R.N.) license, 5 years of R.N. experience, and previous experience managing a department. Prior Director of Nursing or experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
