The Cedars of Chapel Hill, an upscale retirement community, seeks a Director of Nursing to lead the Health Center's nursing team and deliver high-quality care to our Members.
Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, developing staffing plans, coordinating daily rounds, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the department within budget. NC RN licensure and geriatrics experience required; BSN preferred.

The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall supervision, provision, and quality of nursing care in the Health Center. This position is responsible for the selection, training, discipline, and supervision of all nursing-related Health Center personnel, as well as the procurement of appropriate supplies and equipment and operation within the departmental budget.
