Job summary

You will manage a nursing staff, collaborate with medicine, therapy, and social services, participate in quality improvement, and guide budgeting and staffing to support outstanding patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role; experience in a rehabilitation setting is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
